COURSE LINE UP

Course 1 - Intro Rolling Maki Class            
$70/person/class
- Class lasts 1.5 hours.
- A minimum of 6 students needed to start a session.
- Basics of sushi preparation and serving
- Making Maki Roll   (Inside/Outside Roll and Jumbo roll)
- Ingredients: Look below for details*.


Course 2 - Making Nigiri & Temaki                     
$80/person/class
- Class lasts 1.5 hour.
- No required prerequisites.
- A minimum of 6 needed to start a session.
- Technique of slicing fish
- Making Nigiri Sushi & Temaki (hand roll)
- Enjoy what you made & takeout limit 2 plateful.

Course 3 - Making Designer Roll                    
$80/person/class
- Class lasts 1.5 hour - - No prerequisites.        - A minimum of 6 students to start a session.
- Learn how to roll Maki (Inside/Outside Roll and Jumbo roll)
- Learn how to make Designer roll such as Rainbow or Dragon Rolls.
- Enjoy what you rolled & takeout limit 2 plateful.

COURSE 4. SUSHI MASTER - EXPRESS  
- $160/person/class
- Class lasts 2 hours. - No required prerequisites.
- A minimum of 6 students to start a session.
- Course 1 + Course 2 + Course 3
- Enjoy what you rolled & takeout limit 2 plateful.

*Regular ingredients included inyour course fee:
Course 1: Cucumber, Sweet potato, Carrots, Shitakemushroom,  Imitation Crab, Cooked Tuna,Cooked Salmon, Raw Salmon or tuna depending on availability, Sushi Rice and Nori.
Course 2
: COURSE 1 + 2 Tuna Nigiri, 2 Salmon Nigiri, 2 Shrimp Nigiri and Assorted toppings, Tobiko, Scallion, etc.
Course 3
: COURSE 1 + ingredients enough for 1 Rainbow roll and Assorted toppings such as Tobiko, Scallion and more.
Course 4: COURSE 1 + 2 Tuna Nigiri, 2 Salmon Nigiri, 2 Shrimp Nigiri, 1 Rainbow roll, 1 Dragon Roll, 1 Tempura Shrimp and Assorted toppings, Tobiko, Scallion, etc.

* Per liquor regulations we do not carry liquor for sale, or provide cups/serving supplies for BYOB.
